About the OTF

For over a quarter of a century, the Oregon Tax Foundation has been supporting non-partisan research into State and local public policy issues and their impact on Oregonians. Partnering with Willamette University and Portland State University scholars, noted economists and government accounting and policy experts, OTF has supported or published important work detailing the systems surrounding the Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), Oregon’s gas tax, the Public Corporation model in government, and many, many more.

OTF is a 501(c)(3) organization, wholly supported by voluntary individual and business donations. OTF does not accept government funding. Contributions are fully tax deductible to the extent the law allows – contact your tax advisor.
